I have been a Home Healthcare Client of Agneus Healthcare since 2019. Following initial, direct contact, the Veterans Administration approved Agneus as an Authorized (VA) Community Healthcare Provider. I am a Vietnam Combat Veteran (Purple Heart, 100%). I am and. continue to be very pleased with the Home Aid care provided by Agneus Healthcare. Moreover I am very pleased with the care and responsiveness of Agneus Management to any concerns presented over the years. I am blessed to have the Home Aid provided by Agneus Healthcare.
I had a great experience with this home health staffing company. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and professional. The coordinator took the time to understand my family’s needs and matched us with a caregiver who was not only skilled but also genuinely compassionate.
Our caregiver was always punctual, respectful, and attentive. They helped with daily activities, medication reminders, and provided companionship that made a real difference. It gave our family peace of mind knowing our loved one was in good hands.
What stood out the most was the reliability. Whenever there was a scheduling change, the agency responded quickly and made sure coverage was never an issue. That level of consistency is hard to find.
